We are back from the weekend getaway and let me just tell you how wonderful it was for this mama's heart! Super amazing to have all the kiddos under the same roof for an ENTIRE weekend! 
We had so much fun, got to see an amazing concert....and let me add, if you enjoy Creed and 3Doors Down, do yourself the favor of seeing them in concert! WOW! Totally blown away.

No matter how much you work on mindset, no matter how much work you do on yourself, you will not always have amazing days. I want to pop this in here so that you know that this is SO normal. I do not want you to feel like there's anything wrong with you. 

Also, I don't want you to think that there's a magical day that you will come to where you don't have to work on mindset any more. Yes, it will get easier, but it may or may not ever go away.....I mean that part of your brain that does the crap to you and takes you down a dirt road of BS. It's ok to head down that road. It's ok to have things go wrong. It's ok to feel all the feels. My point is that it's imporatant to not unpack your bags and live there. I am here to give you the tips to go through it and come out on the other side!
